Corporation IMPERIAL, being one of the leaders of the Russian Federation market of raw products supplies for the food industry, due to the expansion of the Sales Department, announces a competitive selection for a position of “Regional Sales Manager”.

Official duties:

  1. Sales of highly liquid raw products for food industry enterprises throughout Russia in bulk.
  2. Commodity market and customers monitoring and analysis
  3. Clients active search (enterprises), telephone conversations (80% of working time), meeting with prospective clients (domestic trips are possible).
  4. Creation, development and constant expansion of a client base, current clients assistance, maintenance of a long term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
  5. Unassisted conclusion of delivery contracts and their full monitoring, including the control of accounts receivable
  6. Sale plan performance
  7. On time reporting

Hiring specifications:

  1. Higher education, incomplete higher education
  2. At least 3 years experience in direct sales (experience in sale of food raw materials will be your advantage)
  3. Client base creation experience from the ground up
  4. Conduct of negotiations experience of different levels, business communication skills
  5. Knowledge of different sales techniques and objections
  6. Skills to profitably sell the products and the Company
  7. Personal skills: high working capacity, stress resistance, sociability, responsibility, well bred and clear speech, proactive attitude, willingness to develop and earn
  8. Registration St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region
